Overview[]
Rules for Easy-to-Pickup Ultra-Modern Naval Tabletop Wargames. These rules try to provide an easy playability for the very complex field of naval warfare which is so difficult to grasp. The main design paradigm in the development of these rules is to keep it simple and fun. These rules don't claim to simulate naval warfare realistically. A lot tradeoffs are made towards better playability. The compromises are made quite radical. No difference is made between active and passive detection. Technology is roughly categorized in eras: Cold War Era, 90s and 2000s, Beyond 2020. No specific unit reference sheets are needed, as units are only broken down into general categories. Paper work is minimized. Just some paper for taking notes might be useful. Dice rolls are done with D6 and d100. – Have Fun!
This is a recreational game. This is not a serious game for training or education. |
