Scenario: German Panzer grenadiers hold the joint town of Den-Helder, which features a vital bridge that the Germans use to bring men, vehicles, and equipment to the front. The allies have deemed it an essential part of operation salamander, which is the push to retake the German Siegfried line for the second time in 1944. The US and British will deploy paratroopers to take the bridge, then push armor in to take the rest of the town. What the allies don't know is that 2 companies of German infantry lie in wait in the town, expecting an armored assault. A large convoy of German equipment and vehicles is coming into the town late at night. All this armor and infantry is built up like a powder keg, waiting to go off.
German objective: hold of the British and American assault and take half or less armored casualties. Stop the allies from taking all three objectives.
Allied objective: take the town and wipe out all German resistance. You win if you take all three objectives and hold them securely.
